To request the ASC # and conversion information for your 1998 to 2002 Pontiac Formula or Trans Am WS6, please send a photo of the Service Parts Identification sticker from the drivers door jamb of your car. There are some anomalies in the copy of the data I received, so having a clear VIN and RPOs to match ensures I get the right data. If the sticker is gone, a photo of the VIN tag will suffice.

I am only providing the data by email, but if your VIN is in the database, you will receive a PDF letter similar to what ASC provided.
